Fresno Unified School District is seeking network infrastructure equipment and Cisco desk phones for its internal connections. - Buyer: Fresno Unified School District, Purchasing Department. - OEM: Cisco Systems is the named manufacturer; equivalent switches may be proposed if they are substantially equivalent. - Main equipment: 151 C9350-48HX switches, 87 C9350-24HX switches, 110 C9200CX-8UXG-2X-A compact switches, and 9 STACK-T1A-3M= stacking cables. - Phones: 200 Cisco Desk Phone 9841 units (DP9841-K9=) and 100 Cisco Desk Phone 9851 units (DP-9851-K9=). The 300 phones are hardware-only, must work with the District’s existing CUCM environment, and do not require power supplies, headsets, licenses, subscriptions, or recurring services. - Included switch components: The configurations include power supplies and cables, network modules, software, licenses, support, and installation accessories; StackWise stacking is required for the C9350 switches. See line items for part numbers and quantities. - Additional estimated items: The Form 470 lists 3,800 antennas, connectors, and related components, and 90 feet of cabling. These are estimates, not confirmed bill-of-material quantities. - Notable requirements: This is an equipment-only procurement, with no installation or professional services requested. Groups A–D are E-rate eligible; the desk phones are not. Pricing must include known tariff costs and remain firm. Specified licenses and support have five-year terms; two license SKUs also have a stated minimum 36-month term.

Fresno Unified School District is requesting proposals for network equipment for internal connections, including network switches and VoIP phones. The Form 470 lists an estimated quantity of 348 network switches, with Cisco Systems or equivalent identified as the manufacturer. Proposals must be submitted through Procureware; faxed and emailed submissions are not accepted. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is required for a proposal to be considered responsive. Addendum No. 3 updates the proposal deadline to October 16, 2026, before 2:00 PM.
