Description

The project replaces the Stage and North Side areas of the Haas Auditorium roof at the Bloomsburg campus. Work includes demolition, preparation of the concrete deck, installation of new insulation and roofing, and miscellaneous work such as flashings, piping re-insulation, new drains, and roof hatches. Work is to be performed by Separate Prime Contractors under Pennsylvania statute, with the General Contractor serving as Lead Prime Contractor. Electronic bids are due through PennBid by November 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM EDT; a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for October 21, 2026.
