Air Combat Command is conducting market research for a contractor-operated counter-small UAS service at two Air Force installations. - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command (ACC), Headquarters ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (HQ ACC/AMIC). - Opportunity: A Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) as-a-Service capability. This is a sources-sought market research notice, not a product purchase. - Initial scope: Turnkey prototype deployment at two designated CONUS Air Force installations, with options to scale to additional ACC installations. - Capability requirements: Detect, track, and identify Group 1–2 small UAS at a 3-mile threshold range, with a 5-mile objective; scalability to Group 3 UAS and other low-altitude threats is an objective. The service must support approved kinetic and/or non-kinetic threat neutralization before a perimeter breach. - Performance and integration: Provide integrated sensors and battle management command and control (BMC2), resilient communications, electronic-warfare and cybersecurity protections, and interoperability with installation, joint military, and relevant civil-agency command systems. The system should operate independently for up to 96 hours; stated threshold targets are 95% neutralization and system availability, with 98% objectives. - Contractor responsibilities: Supply, operate, maintain, secure, and modernize the capability; provide personnel, training, and sustainment; and ultimately remove or dispose of system components. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs or vendors are named in the notice or attachment. No product part numbers or quantities are specified.
