GibbsCAM GO milling and turning software, maintenance, and training for NASA Stennis Space Center

NASA’s Stennis Space Center machine shop needs GibbsCAM licenses, software maintenance, and online training to support its machining workload. - Buyer and procurement approach: NASA Shared Services Center is seeking capability statements for a proposed sole-source purchase. NASA identifies TEXAS OFFLINE INC as the sole provider and is using responses to assess whether the requirement should be competed. Capability statements—not quotes—are requested; submissions should reference the notice ID. - Products: The request includes two GibbsCAM GO Pro Milling SMP items (CID #51121; Key #44931), two GibbsCAM GO Turning/Combo SMP items (CID #51121; Key #44931), one new GO Pro Milling system license, and one new GO Turning/Combo system license. - Capabilities: Milling features include 3-axis modeling and machining, CAD import and editing, toolpath generation, simulation, and listed modules such as VoluMill. Turning/Combo supports mill-turn work, 2-axis geometry and toolpaths, and listed modules including VoluTurn and MTM L1. - Training and escrow: Two seats are requested for an eight-session GibbsCAM Essentials live online course over two weeks. The SOW also identifies Key #54199 (GO Pro Mill + Turn) for escrow. - Timing and details: Performance is stated as 30 days after receipt of order. The notice does not specify the software subscription term or price. The training provider requires a purchase order and confirmed seat availability for enrollment.

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for GibbsCAM GO Software Subscriptions. 

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TEXAS OFFLINE INC 1701 High Lonesome Leander, Texas 78641-3685 United States  under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that   TEXAS OFFLINE INC  is the sole provider of GibbsCAM GO Software Subscriptions.

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Stennis Space Center (SSC).

The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541519.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 10/16/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
