Davenport Downtown Pedestrian-Ramp Snow Clearing

The City of Davenport is seeking a contractor to clear snowplow windrows from downtown pedestrian ramps during the 2026–2027 winter service period. - Government buyer: City of Davenport, Iowa — Public Works Department, Street Division; the Purchasing Division is also identified in the bid invitation. - Service requested: Clear windrows from pedestrian ramps at 129 downtown locations and other directed areas. Description

The City of Davenport is accepting bids for downtown pedestrian ramp snow clearing during the 2026–2027 winter season. Work includes clearing plow windrows from pedestrian ramps at street intersections and other designated locations in the downtown area, in accordance with the specifications. Bidders must submit electronically through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; emailed, faxed, and paper bids will not be accepted. The contract runs from award through April 30, 2027, and Addendum 1 clarifies that the lump-sum price is per snow-clearing event; the bid estimates two events.
