Description

Albany County and the Albany County Fair Board seek a qualified architect/engineer and contractor to design and construct new grandstands and associated appurtenances for the rodeo arena at 3510 S. 3rd Street, Laramie, Wyoming. The Design/Builder must submit a written description of its qualifications and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the scope of work in the RFP. The GMP will be used for bid comparison and may be negotiated during the design phase with Owner approval.
