Description
Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. proposes to amend Rule 11.17, which addresses clearly erroneous executions, following SEC approval of Overnight Protected Bands for 23/5 trading. The change is proposed to become operative when 23/5 trading is scheduled to begin industry-wide on December 6, 2026. Comments are due November 3, 2026.
