Coliseum Industrial Water Treatment Services

The Indiana State Fair Commission is seeking a contractor to treat and maintain the Coliseum’s boiler, cooling-tower, chilled-loop, and heat-loop water systems. - Government buyer: Indiana State Fair Commission, Contracts office. - Scope: Industrial water treatment for 2 boilers, 2 cooling towers, 2 chilled loops, and 1 heat loop, including labor, equipment, and chemicals. - Service requirements: At least two service visits per month during operating periods; emergency response at the plant within 48 hours; chemical-feed and controller support; testing, monthly calibrations, inspections, and wet- and dry-layup guidance. Support annual internal steam-boiler inspections and provide recommendations. - Reporting and monitoring: Email service reports with test results, photos, and recommendations within 48 hours after visits; 24/7 online access to reports; quarterly corrosion-coupon reports; monthly visual cooling-tower inspections; and site meetings upon request. - Chemicals: Supply treatment chemicals as needed to maintain appropriate system residuals; chemicals must be safe when handled according to their labels and Safety Data Sheets. - Pricing and evaluation: Pricing is requested by system and renewal year, along with hourly rates and a materials markup. Proposals are evaluated on best value, including completeness, company capability, price, warranties and customer satisfaction, and references. - OEMs and named vendors: No manufacturers, brands, or service vendors are identified in the available materials.

Description

The Indiana State Fair Commission is requesting proposals for Industrial Water Treatment Services. Proposals are due November 20, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST, submitted to contracts@indianastatefair.com. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Coliseum Lobby. Pre-bid questions are accepted by email until 2:00 PM on November 16, 2026.
