The contractor or contractors must provide supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and record documentation. Offerors may propose for asphalt paving, asphalt patching, or both categories, with work authorized through individual Purchase Agreements on a Fixed Price, Unit Price, or Time and Materials basis. No single project may exceed $500,000.
