The Town of Prosper is seeking competitive sealed proposals for paving and drainage improvements on Coit Road, from Prosper Trail to 1,400 feet north of Frontier. The work includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials and constructing four lanes of an ultimate six-lane concrete, curb-and-gutter divided roadway with underground drainage. Proposals may be submitted online through IonWave or in hard copy by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT. An engineer’s estimate of $18,742,316.68 is stated; proposals must include a 5% cashier’s check or bid bond, and the awarded contractor must provide specified performance, payment, and maintenance bonds and insurance.
