Description
The Town of Manchester is seeking proposals from qualified structural engineering firms to provide on-call structural engineering services for municipal infrastructure. Work may include review and preparation of structural calculations, design of retaining walls, foundations and other small components, review of structural submittals, inspections of poles and related structures, and general technical consultation. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and structural work must be supervised by a Professional Engineer licensed in Connecticut. Proposals are due October 29, 2026, and must be submitted electronically through the Town’s OpenGov portal.
