Work may include troubleshooting, repair, fabrication, like-for-like replacement, restoration, inspection, adjustment, and emergency dispatch support on an as-needed basis, when authorized through a task order. The scope excludes new construction, capital improvements, asset expansion or upgrades, general facilities maintenance, and work that changes an asset’s designed purpose, capacity, duty, or function. Bidders must hold a Class A or Class B CSLB license and attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
