Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. Service needed: Audio and visual services at the Washington Hilton for the Marine Corps Ball. See Document "D6 - JnA Redacted" for detail. The government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to: Encore Group USA LLC, 5100 River RD STE 3000, Schiller Park, Illinois, 60176-1058. The circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The reason for this Sole Source Award Intent is that Encore Group USA LLC is determined the only entity licensed to provide the particular services requisite for the Marine Corps Ball at the particular Hilton venue.  Interested vendors: Vendors interested in obtaining the same capability may respond via email to receive Marine Corps System Command's point of contact. In your response, please indicate whether you can provide the required services at the specified location. Responses by no later than 15 October, 2026, 4:00 PM.
