The State of Iowa is seeking multiple bidders to provide milk and dairy products to state agencies and eligible political subdivisions. The selected bidders will deliver products according to each agency’s quantities, specifications, schedules, and locations, coordinating deliveries in advance and meeting applicable food-safety and handling requirements. The contract begins January 31, 2027, and ends January 30, 2028, with up to two one-year renewals by mutual agreement. The resulting contract will be non-exclusive and awarded to multiple bidders.
