The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Consulate General Munich is procuring recurring caretaker, groundskeeping, and general labor support for its General Services Office (GSO) Property Section. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of State; U.S. Consulate General Munich; General Services Office, Property Section. - Requested service: One caretaker/general laborer for 30 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, 07:00–13:00 on Consulate working days. The planned allocation is about 20 hours per week for grounds care and 10 hours for Property Section support. - Scope: Maintain and garden the Central Office Building grounds and nearby sidewalks; provide winter services during official hours; service designated shredder-waste bins; assist with furniture and box moves, warehouse work, work orders, inventory, and event setup. - Temporary additional labor: Separate hourly-rate work may be ordered as needed, including extra support during official hours and weekday event support between 13:00 and 20:00. The estimated quantity is 100 hours per contract period; the work is not guaranteed. - Pricing schedule items: Scheduled services (CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001; 12 months each), temporary additional services (CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002; 100 hours each), and separate VAT entries (CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003; one each). - OEMs, products, and named vendors: No OEMs, product purchases, part-numbered goods, or vendors are identified. - Notable requirements: Winter services are limited to official hours unless otherwise authorized; additional services require written ordering. Description

The U.S. Consulate General Munich (the Consulate) needs one caretaker and general laborer for 30 hours a week. The caretaker will:

- keep the outside grounds of the Central Office Building (COB) at Königinstraße 5, 80539 Munich, in good condition, including gardening - give general labor support to the General Services Office (GSO) Property Section
