The District School Board of Pasco County is seeking an as-needed supply of fencing materials and gate hardware for its schools. - Buyer: District School Board of Pasco County, Purchasing Services, Florida. - Contract scope: Estimated quantities of chain-link fencing, posts and rails, fittings, gate hardware, fence slats, windscreens, tension wire, panic-bar kits, and related accessories; purchases will be made as needed. - Named OEMs and product references: Master Halco fence slats #20284 and #20286 (or approved equal); Dexter Type weatherized, no-alarm panic-bar kits, Model V40WHD; and Bulldog-style gate hinges. Other specified product identifiers include HD24020, MM #2082, DRG158, FO250 PS, FO300 PS, KEE84-7, RW5M, PN10, SGHWG, and ZP161SLD62. - Notable requirements: Chain-link fencing is specified in galvanized and vinyl-coated versions, with multiple heights, mesh, and color options. Tie wire must meet ASTM F626. Schedule 40 SS-40 may be offered in place of Schedule 40 pipe, and SS-20 in place of Schedule 20 pipe. A minimum one-year guarantee or warranty is required. - Term: Three years for as-needed purchases, with a possible mutually agreed written extension of up to six months.
