Lone Star College System is seeking a three-year renewal of its DigiCert SSL/TLS certificate and Business Support subscriptions. - Buyer: Lone Star College System (LSCS), Procurement Department. - OEM: DigiCert is the named manufacturer and subscription provider. - Requested subscriptions: 135 DigiCert Basic OV FQDN SAN subscriptions (part number TLS-BAS-OVFS-PA) and one DigiCert Business Support subscription (part number PSS-B) in each of the Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 bid packages. - Key requirements: Maintain continuous SSL/TLS certificate coverage and associate subscriptions with LSCS’s existing DigiCert environment. DigiCert-authorized successor SKUs may be proposed if equivalent or better. Disclose pricing protection, support details, and any additional charges. - Pricing: The solicitation also requests unit pricing and a shelf or catalog discount for additional system-wide purchases not specifically listed; a current catalog or price sheet must be available upon request.

Description

Lone Star College System is seeking proposals to purchase a DigiCert SSL Certificate Subscription. Unit prices are requested for use throughout the system, and bidders are also asked to provide a shelf or catalog discount for additional system-wide purchases not specifically listed in the RFP. The System may award the project to more than one bidder and may make awards for some or all items. Prices and discounts are to remain effective for up to three years from award by mutual agreement.
