LVCVA is gathering vendor information on a digital signage and wayfinding platform for the Las Vegas Convention Center and other managed facilities. - Government buyer: Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA); the referenced site is the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). - Procurement scope: An integrated or interoperable platform for LED and LCD displays, directional and overhead signs, meeting-room agenda screens, touchscreen kiosks, advertising content, and related playback and support infrastructure. This is an information-gathering request, not a firm purchase commitment. - Existing environment and listed equipment: Approximately 150 meeting-room LCD displays and 29 touchscreen kiosks, plus LED video walls and other signage. The appendix lists 3 Samsung QB65B-N 65-inch displays, 2 Samsung QB50B 50-inch displays, 2 Samsung QB85C 85-inch displays, and 2 BrightSign media players. - Platform and service needs: Cloud-hosted content management, self-service content publishing and scheduling, venue-management-system integration, live video, emergency-message overrides, analytics and AI-enabled features, advertising-content management, map and artwork creation and updates, preventive maintenance, spare-parts management, and technical support. - Notable requirements: Hosting on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud with at least 99.9% uptime; documented APIs; support for Samsung Tizen, BrightSign, and Intel-based playback devices; 24/7/365 technical support with on-site incident response targets; and locally accessible spare inventory of at least 10% of each critical component type. LED displays are expected to operate continuously; some LCDs may be shut down overnight when not needed. Emergency messaging should work through the existing Honeywell Notifier system or manual dispatch-center operation. - Named OEMs, vendors, and platforms: Samsung, NovaStar (Novastar), BrightSign, Intel, HP, and Honeywell Notifier are identified in the existing hardware or systems environment. Other named platforms and providers include Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, 22Miles, SignWave Media, Pointr, Momentus Enterprise, and Ungerboeck. These are current-system references, integration examples, or potential hosting options—not selected suppliers or awardees.
