Oregon Metro is requesting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor services for the Oregon Zoo Coastal Shores Exhibit. The project includes removing the Stellar Cove, Penguinarium, tiger, and red panda exhibits to make way for a re-imagined Central Hub and new exhibits for seals, sea otters, and penguins. It also includes a guest services building with a cafe, restrooms, and underwater views of seals, as well as a new carousel and open space.
