Description

The project involves rebuilding in place one existing water-cooled chiller at the Tyson Events Center. The compressor motor must be rebuilt using the manufacturer’s approved process, and all other instrumentation and parts recalibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications. Alternate One is replacement of the condenser and primary pumps serving the chiller; Alternate Two is a new two-year service agreement. Work begins upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed by March 30, 2027.
