Description

San Joaquin County Community Development Department is requesting proposals to revise its 2035 General Plan, adopted in 2016, in response to a recent audit and to support resulting zoning map and Development Title updates. The work includes revising the Land Use, Community Development, Transportation and Mobility, Public Health and Safety, Natural and Cultural Resources, and Delta elements, and adding or integrating an Environmental Justice Element. Other elements, maps, information, and policies may also be updated to align with State requirements and recommendations or public input.
