La Municipalité de Saint-Paulin sollicite des soumissions pour le déneigement, le déglaçage, l’épandage d’abrasifs et l’entretien hivernal général de son réseau routier municipal, couvrant 40,62 km. Le contrat prévoit une tarification pour une durée d’un an ou de trois ans, avec une option distincte pour les trottoirs et corridors de mobilité active sur environ 2 800 mètres linéaires. L’adjudicataire doit fournir la machinerie, la main-d’œuvre, les matériaux et l’expertise nécessaires, ainsi que respecter des exigences opérationnelles comprenant un déclenchement dès 5 cm de neige, un cycle maximal de trois heures et une flotte minimale munie de télémétrie GPS.
