Description

OOD seeks a contractor to provide Orientation and Mobility services, including initial assessment and workplace familiarization, as a reasonable accommodation for OOD employees. Services will be provided as needed at employees’ intended work sites across Ohio. Awards will be made to responsive and responsible contractors offering the lowest overall cost for each county, combining the report fee and workplace familiarization hourly rate. Responses must be submitted through OhioBuys with the required financial response form and other requested documents.
