ServeOhio is seeking an MBE-certified consultant to strengthen stakeholder communications and outreach. - Government buyer: State of Ohio — ServeOhio, the Ohio Commission on Service and Volunteerism. - Service requested: One engagement to assess existing communications and outreach, develop communications plans and materials, and support outreach to elected officials and other stakeholders. - Implementation support: May include content development, graphic design, print and web content, communications with elected officials, and progress reporting to ServeOhio staff. - Notable requirements: The selected supplier must hold active Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification. Materials developed will be ServeOhio’s exclusive property and may not be reused or shared without its consent. - Budget: Proposed budget may not exceed $49,500, including expenses. - Period of performance: Six months.

Description

ServeOhio seeks an individual consultant and/or organization to develop communication materials and strategies for elected officials and other stakeholders. Work may include assessing current outreach efforts, developing communications products and strategies, and providing implementation support such as content development, graphic design, and print and web content. The implementation period is December 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, and proposals must not exceed $49,500 inclusive of all expenses. The solicitation is restricted to suppliers with active MBE certification when it closes; proposals are submitted through OhioBuys.
