Description
The RFP seeks one contractor to provide professional services supporting the Ohio Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program and rural EMS providers serving Ohio’s 34 critical access hospitals. Work includes developing and delivering virtual continuing education and refresher courses, conducting surveys and assessments, convening regional stakeholder meetings, providing EMT and community paramedic training, and conducting community paramedic bootcamps. The contractor must implement recommendations from the Rural Ohio EMS Needs Survey and produce survey-result data, final reports, and annual program reports. Proposals must include separate Technical and Cost Proposal questionnaire responses.
