On-call heavy snow-removal equipment services with operators

Description

The City of Roanoke Department of Transportation is requesting competitive bids for on-call heavy snow removal equipment services. The detailed scope of work is provided in Attachment A, with bids potentially awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders. The initial contract term is one year, from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, and may be renewed for up to four additional one-year periods by mutual agreement.
