Description
The County of Loudoun seeks fixed-price proposals from qualified organizations to design, implement, and evaluate Recover Out Loud, a regional substance use disorder stigma-reduction initiative aligned with the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority’s Gold Standard. Loudoun County will serve as project lead and fiscal agent for a cooperative involving Arlington County, the City of Alexandria, the City of Falls Church, the City of Fairfax, Fairfax County, and Prince William County. One contract is planned to support implementation across the participating jurisdictions and organizations using grant funding provided through and aligned with the Virginia OAA.
