Lone Star College System is requesting a project-specific Job Order Contract cooperative quote for construction services to renovate and modernize two restrooms, R21 and R22, in the North Harris Campus Winship Building. Quotes are sought from contractors already awarded an eligible JOC cooperative contract; this solicitation does not establish a new JOC contract. Quotes must be submitted electronically through the LSCS e-Bid system by October 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A pre-bid site visit on October 14 is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
