Description
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority seeks qualified firms to provide commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services on an as-needed basis, supplementing internal capacity and supporting ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. Firms should demonstrate relevant advisory expertise, including experience serving Massachusetts public authorities and state agencies. The Authority may award more than one contract; the initial term is three years, with up to three one-year extensions.
