Description

The City of Dubuque, Iowa is requesting competitive, sealed qualifications from professional consulting firms for engineering design and related services for two stormwater stabilization projects: the North Fork Catfish Creek Stabilization & Trail Project and the Embassy West Creek Restoration Project. The selected consultant will develop construction documents, lead required permitting activities, including Iowa DNR and USACE permitting, and provide construction-phase support for both projects. The City prefers that the consultant supervise subcontracted work, and may enter into separate contracts with subconsultants as described in the notice. The City intends to bid both projects for construction in mid-to-late summer 2027.
