Description

The City of Moses Lake is seeking bids to upgrade Bemis Street and Sybel Lane from gravel roads to paved streets with curb, gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, street lighting, and an upgraded water main and side services. Work also includes paving 175 feet of Milwaukee Avenue, new water and sewer connections, storm drainage infrastructure, cement concrete, and preparation for six new PUD street lights. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2027, with 100 contract working days. Bids are due at the Civic Center Annex by November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.; bidders must sign up before bid opening and provide a deposit equal to 5% of the maximum bid.
