Frederick County Public Schools is seeking contractors for on-call building automation and temperature-control work across its facilities. - Buyer: Frederick County Public Schools, Board of Education of Frederick County, Purchasing Department. - Scope: Provide parts, installation, service, and maintenance for building automation, energy management, and automatic temperature control (BAS/ATC) systems. - Work may include repairs, integration and programming, upgrades and replacements, preventive maintenance, building tuning, and authorized training. - Systems must support BACnet integration with FCPS’s Metasys ADX network; services may also cover servers, controls, and HVAC equipment. - OEMs and systems referenced: Johnson Controls (JCI; including Metasys), Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Siebe, Daikin, Invensys, Trane, Bosch, and Robertshaw. Description

Frederick County Public Schools seeks qualified professional contractors to further develop, extend, and provide parts, service, and maintenance for its building automation, energy management, and automatic temperature control systems. Proposals are submitted electronically through OpenGov Procurement. The proposal must exclude fee/cost information, which must be submitted separately, along with the required forms. The proposal submission deadline is November 5, 2026.
