Foundation Repairs and Associated Site Work at Harmony Public Schools Campuses

Harmony Public Schools is seeking proposals for foundation repairs and associated site work at campuses in Dallas and Euless, Texas. - Government buyer: Harmony Public Schools, through its HPS Expansion & Construction Department; Hayati Ugur is named in the bid invitation. - Project locations: Harmony School of Excellence, Building 6, Dallas, and Harmony Science Academy/Innovation, Building 7, Euless. - Scope: Foundation repairs and related construction, including grading, drainage, paving, demolition, finish restoration, mechanical and electrical work, fire-safety measures, landscaping, testing, inspections, and closeout. - Dallas work includes downspout replacement and a structural-plan recommendation to use polyurethane foam beneath the courtyard slab to raise it and direct drainage away from the building. - Euless work includes parking-lot reconstruction and a new stormwater drainage system; landscaping must meet the City of Euless 15% requirement. Structural plans call for installing ZIP levels at marked locations and lifting the foundation to level. - Notable requirements: Performance and payment bonds, permitting and inspection costs, OSHA-compliant work, and closeout documentation and warranty are included in the project requirements. - Named project firms: IDG Architects + Partners, Inc. (architect), Momentum Structural Engineering LLC (structural engineer), and ALJ Lindsey, LLC (civil engineer and preparer of the Euless civil plan set). Harmony Public Schools is requesting sealed proposals for foundation repairs at two campuses: Harmony School of Excellence in Dallas and Harmony Science Academy / Innovation in Euless. The scope includes structural foundation repair and related work such as permits, testing, protection, finishes, mechanical and electrical restoration, fire safety, and civil/site work. The Euless campus scope also includes demolition and parking lot construction with a new stormwater drainage system. Proposals are due January 6, 2027, at 3:00 PM CT.
