Description

Oceanside Unified School District is seeking proposals for DSA Project Inspector / Inspector of Record services for the North Terrace Modernization project at North Terrace Elementary. The selected firm will provide a DSA-approved Class 1 Project Inspector and any approved assistant inspectors needed for continuous inspection. Services include preconstruction document review, construction inspection and reporting, coordination with testing and inspection services, DSA records and verified reports, final inspection and punch-list support, and indexed closeout records. The modernization includes new school buildings and site improvements; the stated estimated construction budget is $45,000,000.
