Remove and dispose of existing VCT throughout the property and remove existing ceramic tile in the master bathroom. - Related work: Prepare the floors, install and grout the tile, install new 1x4 baseboards throughout the unit, protect the work area, complete finishing and cleanup, and dispose of demolition materials. - Materials and responsibility: Municipal Housing provides the tile and designated materials.
