Oak Ridge Recreation Center Lobby Renovation and Two-Office Construction

The City of Oak Ridge is seeking bids for renovation of the existing lobby at its Recreation Center and construction of two new offices at 1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and other incidentals needed to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and contract documents. Bids are due October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time, and electronic bids are not accepted. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 2, 2026.
