Outagamie County is seeking proposals for preliminary and final design engineering services for improvements to the CTH S and CTH U intersection in the Towns of Kaukauna and Lawrence. The anticipated improvement is a single-lane roundabout, with work including traffic analysis, roadway and bridge design, an ICE report, right-of-way plat preparation, environmental and utility coordination, permitting, public involvement, and construction plans and estimates.
