Description

The Township of Langley intends to contract with McCuaig & Associates Engineering (MAE) to conduct building condition assessments and compile the data in Ameresco’s AssetPlanner platform. The intended contract term is one year commencing January 1, 2027, at an anticipated annual cost of approximately $100,000 plus GST. The Township may extend the agreement, at its sole discretion, for up to two additional years (24 months). Submissions must be made through the Township of Langley Bidding System, and proponents must register as a Plan Taker to receive addenda notifications.
