This is a consulting-services procurement; no product purchases, part numbers, or quantities are specified.

Description

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction seeks proposals to assess spans of control and management layers across its back-office support functions and develop practical options for a more effective organizational structure. The approximately 20-week engagement includes development of a plan and support for initial implementation, with a separately priced option for additional implementation support and operating model improvements in key units. The work excludes custody, community supervision, and direct clinical staffing, and requires access to position, organizational, and cost data. Work will be performed primarily at the Department’s headquarters in Raleigh, with remote work as agreed.
