Henderson County Public Schools is seeking a turnkey replacement of intercom systems at three elementary schools. - Government buyer: Henderson County Public Schools, Purchasing office. - OEM: Dukane; the requested CareHawk systems will replace existing Dukane Starcall systems. - Products: Three Dukane CareHawk CH1000 Intercom Systems (part number CH1000), one for each school. - Installation requirements: Provide equipment, components, and labor; remove the existing Starcall equipment and master intercom phones; install functioning speakers in classrooms and hallways; and provide a 911 interface to the intercom phones. - Removed Starcall equipment must be returned to the district’s Maintenance Department.

Henderson County Public Schools is requesting bids from qualified vendors to replace three existing Dukane Starcall Intercom Systems with Dukane CareHawk Intercom Systems at three elementary schools. The turnkey work includes equipment, components, and labor to remove the existing equipment and install fully functioning speakers in classrooms and hallways. The Carehawk CH1000 Intercom System must include a 911 interface to the intercom phones. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visits are scheduled for October 21, 2026; bidders must attend and sign in at all three locations.
