Description

ICBC is seeking a qualified Parking Managed Service Provider to manage and operate the employee parkade at its planned new head office at 2150 Keith Drive, Vancouver, BC. The leased facility’s employee-only parkade is expected to have approximately 140 stalls after accommodating accessible parking, EV charging, loading areas, and other designated uses; public and visitor parking will not be available. The provider must also arrange access to a minimum of 200 additional parking stalls within walking distance of the head office. ICBC plans to relocate its head office there in Spring 2027.
