Description

The Township of Langley gives notice of its intent to contract with McCuaig & Associates Engineering (MAE) to conduct building condition assessments and compile the data in Ameresco’s AssetPlanner platform. The intended contract is for one year commencing January 1, 2027. The anticipated annual cost is approximately $100,000 plus GST. The Township may extend the agreement for up to two additional years (24 months).
