The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking experienced consulting firm(s) to develop a project-specific Master Plan for the High Meadows property in Hamden, Connecticut. The plan will guide redevelopment of a former State of Connecticut-run facility into a multi-phased residential development and address implementation, phasing, infrastructure needs, economic viability, and housing. Scope includes project management, design reports, detailed design and construction documents, bidding assistance, and discretionary construction-phase services. Construction-phase services may be added by contract amendment.
