Description

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-72396 for Lot 1, Block 1, at Chitina Airport, consisting of approximately 16,408 square feet. The proposed extension is for an additional five years, with annual rent of $1,591.58 plus associated fees. The authorized use is maintenance and operation of an air taxi office, and vehicle and aircraft parking related to the lessee’s air taxi business. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on November 9, 2026; the Department will then decide whether to extend the lease.
