The City of San Antonio Fire Department is seeking proposals to develop a comprehensive, standards-aligned staffing, fleet and equipment projection plan, and technology integration roadmap for the next 15 years. The assessment will address current and future staffing requirements, fleet and equipment readiness and needs, and alignment with NFPA, ISO, and CPSA standards and industry best practices. The work is intended to support operational effectiveness, improve service delivery, and ensure compliance with fire service standards.
