Description

The Ministry of Natural Resources intends to competitively procure five new multi-role utility helicopters for Ontario’s Aviation, Forest Fire and Emergency Service operations. The scope includes aircraft design and configuration, firefighting and mission equipment, avionics and communications systems, delivery, project management, and support services. The supplier will also provide pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer training, manufacturer warranties, and related support. At least two helicopters are to be delivered by November 30, 2028, four by November 30, 2029, and all five by November 30, 2030.
