Craven-Pamlico Regional Public Library is seeking direct Internet access and data transmission service for four locations for E-Rate funding year 2027–28, at preferred speeds from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps per location. A static IP address is required at each site; bids should include installation and initial configuration if needed, technical support, a service-level agreement, and all-inclusive pricing. Three- and five-year contract options will be considered, with service start dates of July 1, 2027, at Havelock and Vanceboro, and August 1, 2027, at Cove City and New Bern. The library may add additional sites and an annex in funding year 2028–29; implementation is contingent on receipt of an E-Rate funding commitment letter.
