Description

Fisheries and Oceans Canada is seeking a contractor to deliver and coordinate the Stream to Sea Program for schools, learning centres, and community partners in Parksville, Qualicum, and Comox Valley, including School Districts 69 and 71. Work may include training educators, setting up and maintaining classroom aquaria, delivering salmon eggs and educational sessions, supporting fry releases, and contributing to salmon transport, broodstock activities, and program reporting. The initial contract period runs from award through October 31, 2027, with two optional one-year periods at the Department’s discretion. Proposals will be evaluated on the combined rating of technical merit and price.
