Description

The Township of Langley intends to contract with McCuaig & Associates Engineering (MAE) to conduct a building condition assessment and compile the data in Ameresco’s AssetPlanner platform. The intended contract term is one year starting January 1, 2027, with an anticipated annual cost of approximately $100,000 plus GST. At its discretion, the Township may extend the agreement for up to two additional years. Documents and response submission are handled through the Township of Langley Bidding System, and proponents must register as a Plan Taker.
