IRCC’s Passport Program is seeking a Canadian supplier to produce, store, personalize, and deliver custom passport photocards. - Government buyer: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Passport Program, Procurement and Contracting Services. - Products and quantities: - PPTC-195: 1,000,000 photocards; no barcode or serial-number overprinting specified. - PPTC-362, PPTC-364, and PPTC-365: at least 2,000,000 semi-finished photocards combined; IRCC will specify type-by-type quantities. Cards are overprinted on order with sequential serial numbers and Code 039 barcodes. - All card types require custom die-cut photo windows and two photo pouches. - Services: Source materials; prepare layouts and proofs; print and die-cut cards; apply photo pouches; warehouse stock; fulfill, package, and deliver orders across Canada.
